What We Did
Bujou Studios led the full-scale launch of Mille, one of Calgary’s most anticipated new dining destinations. From concept to opening week, we executed a comprehensive strategy that positioned Mille as the city’s next “it” restaurant.
Our team oversaw every detail of the launch campaign — creative direction, digital advertising, public relations, influencer engagement, and event production — ensuring brand cohesion across every touchpoint.
We produced a stunning suite of creative assets, including photography, videography, and social content, crafted to capture Mille’s elevated yet playful essence. Strategic ad placement across Google, Meta, and local media drove traffic from curious locals to loyal regulars, while our influencer and PR campaigns built organic hype leading up to opening week.
The Results
The launch exceeded all expectations. Within 90 days, Mille achieved an 8.47× return on marketing investment and a 32.53% return on ad spend through Google Ads alone. Revenue targets were tripled, and the restaurant operated at near full capacity throughout the entire campaign period — a level of momentum that continues months after launch.
